beans: a surefire way to give you gas

even beans wouldn't have helped me in this situation last weekend.  as i looked down at the gas gauge, i realized i needed gas straight away.  but there was limited sunlight, so i opted to hang out and skate one last spot.

well...as we hopped back on the road, we soon found ourselves in a little predicament.

NO MORE GAS!

so the boys hopped out, and pushed...

soon, we arrived at a gas station.  hoooorrrraaaaayyy!

the gas station was shut down due to this tough economy.

lucky for me, matlin had a gas can in his car for his trek from florida to san fran!  hooooorray!
